5. Consignment Listings

Where a caravan is listed for sale on consignment, it is offered on behalf of its registered owner under the terms of a separate consignment agreement between Caravans WA and that owner. Caravans WA acts as the licensed selling agent for consignment vehicles and handles advertising, buyer enquiries, inspections, and settlement in accordance with that agreement and applicable WA dealer licensing obligations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and the overall design and layout — is owned by or licensed to Caravans WA and is protected by Australian copyright and trade mark law, unless otherwise indicated. You may view, download, and print content from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
